Steel erectors for the Midwest.

A self-performing structural steel crew based in Gretna, Nebraska. Wide-flange framing, joists, deck, and connections.

Interior of a large industrial warehouse with shelves, equipment, and a red crane truck in the center.

From anchor bolts through deck punch.

Every piece of structural steel in your set, raised by an MEC ironworker. We work directly from your detailer's shop drawings and stay tight to the GC's schedule.

01

Columns & framing

Wide-flange columns, beams, girders, and lateral framing. Bolted, field-welded, or both — to your engineer's connection schedule.

02

Joists & deck

Bar joists, joist girders, composite metal deck. Bridging, deck welding, and pour-stop on the crew's punch list before we leave site.

03

Connections

Bolted (TC, slip-critical, snug-tight) and welded. Bolt-up reports and torque verification documented for the inspector.

04

Mezzanines & platforms

Free-standing mezzanines, equipment platforms, catwalks. Self-performed alongside the main steel package — no second mob.

05

Stairs & rails

Egress stairs, handrails, guardrails, ship's ladders. The miscellaneous metals that always end up on the critical path.

06

Field corrections

Reaming, plumbing the steel, missed-hole repairs, late-detail field welds. The work that gets it ready for the next trade.

A predictable process.
