The brief.
This project at The Mill Coffee & Tea involved the design and construction of a 27' x 32' conventional steel patio cover to expand the property's outdoor seating capacity and enhance the guest experience. The owner needed a durable, low-maintenance solution that would provide reliable protection from sun and weather while creating a comfortable environment for patrons. The new covered area was designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor seating throughout a wider range of weather conditions and increasing the usability of the space.
