The brief.
The project involved the supply and construction of a 1,711sqft pre-engineered metal building measuring 29' x 59' to serve as a private self-storage facility with a unique and meaningful purpose. The owner wanted more than a traditional storage building and envisioned a structure that would honor a loved one who had dedicated a career to Texaco. To bring that vision to life, the building was designed to resemble a classic Texaco gas station, capturing the character and nostalgia associated with the iconic brand. The facility needed to provide practical storage space while incorporating architectural details that would transform it into a memorable commemorative gift celebrating a lifetime of service and achievement.

The completed 29' x 59' PEMB successfully combined functionality with a heartfelt tribute, creating a one-of-a-kind storage facility inspired by a vintage Texaco service station.
