We review drawings, sequencing, and site logistics with the GC before pricing and flag anything that affects schedule or safety.
A line-item proposal with crane plan, manpower curve, and inclusions written so there's nothing to fight about later.
Site-specific safety plan, crane and rigging walk, and a kickoff with the GC's super. Anchor bolts verified before steel arrives.
Daily JHA, weekly progress against the baseline, and field corrections handled in the air rather than at punch.
Bolt-up reports, mill certs, weld documentation, and a clean site. Final walk with the GC and owner before demob.
